Follow these steps to cancel a Collection request:
Select Shipping in the area at the top.
Select Schedule a Collection in the area at the left.
Select Collection Status in the area at the left.
Enter the Collection Request Number for the collection you would like to cancel. This number was displayed when you initially submitted your collection request.
Verify that the information displayed corresponds to the collection you'd like to cancel.
Select Cancel Collection at the bottom of the page.
A page will be displayed, confirming your collection has been cancelled.
