UPS Customer Centres are staffed locations at UPS facilities nationwide where UPS customer service representatives can help you with any UPS document or package shipment. You can usually find UPS Customer Centres located with or near UPS package-processing facilities. You can also get free UPS shipping materials including envelopes, paks, boxes, tubes and labels at UPS Customer Centres, depending on availability.

UPS Designated Locations are staffed UPS counters inside retail outlets equipped to help you with any air or ground UPS document or package shipment. Note: The UPS Designated Location retailer brokers the transaction with UPS and is, therefore, responsible for aspects of the transaction.
