Reference Number Tracking
Use reference numbers you create to keep track of your shipments. When creating a shipment, you can assign a reference like a P.O. Number, Bill of Lading Number, or customer name (not available in all countries). Use this predefined reference to track a shipment, just like you would with a standard UPS Tracking number.

For package shipments, you also have the option to send tracking numbers to UPS by e-mail, or to import up to 100 numbers at a time. With either option, detailed tracking information can be e-mailed back to you, keeping you updated wherever you may be.
