Having clarified the US regulations on shipping into Syria, UPS is reinstating its UPS Express service to Syria for shipments originating from any European country (all Europe, Africa and Middle East included). This is strictly based on the following criteria:
a. The shipment must originate from a Europe, Africa and Middle East country only. Shipments destined for Syria may not originate or transit the USA.
b. The contents of the entire shipment, including any of its components, must not be manufactured or published in the United States. The shipping documents and contents should reflect proof of this.
If any shipment does not fulfil these criteria, it will be intercepted outside Syria and returned to the shipper at the shipper's cost.
All export service from Syria will continue as usual. |
