Description

You can have your shipment picked up from your home or office by scheduling your pickup online at ups.com or by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS® (1-800-742-5877). UPS will pick up all packages with a single pickup request; you will not be charged pickup fees per package.

Terms of Service
|
The following terms of service apply to UPS On-Call Pickup:
- Available for all UPS services, to and from all UPS destinations.
- Available Monday through Friday, excluding UPS holidays.
- An additional fee will be assessed for some UPS On-Call Pickups. See the current UPS Rate and Service Guide for applicable charges by pickup request type.
- All shipments are subject to UPS Terms and Conditions of Service.

| Note: UPS Worldwide Express FreightSM pickup or drop-off must be scheduled at ups.com or by calling UPS. UPS Worldwide Express Freight pickup cannot be combined with UPS Ground, Air and International Services package pickup. |
