Value-Added Services for Air Freight

Available Options	Description
Within and Between the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico
Dangerous Goods	Dangerous Goods, as described in the UPS Air Freight Terms and Conditions of Contract, can be shipped via UPS Next Day Air^® Freight NGS only. Non-conforming cargo may be subject to service delays. An additional charge will apply.
Declared Value	All shipments are subject to a limitation of liability as described in the UPS Air Freight Terms and Conditions of Contract. Additional protection is available upon request for an additional charge. For more information, refer to the UPS Air Freight Terms and Conditions of Contract.
Hold at Destination Airport for Pickup (HAPU)	Freight will be held at the destination location for pickup by the recipient. HAPU requires a consignee name and phone number. All services will be billed door-to-door. No HAPU fee will be applied.
Lift gate Services	Available for any delivery or pickup which requires a vehicle equipped with a mechanical lifting device. An additional charge may apply.
Quantum View Notify E-mail Notifications	E-mail notifications can be provided to designated shippers or their customers regarding the shipment when it is processed, uploaded or delivered. Some limitations may apply.
Residential Delivery	Available for non-guaranteed air freight services only. A surcharge will apply for any delivery to a location that is a home, including a business operating out of a home, that does not have an entrance open to the public.
Residential Pickup	Available for non-guaranteed air freight services only. A surcharge will apply for any pickup from a location that is a home, including a business operating out of a home, that does not have an entrance open to the public.
Saturday Delivery	May be selected for UPS Next Day Air^® Freight and UPS Next Day Air Freight NGS where available. Shipments delivered on Saturday must be picked up on Friday. Saturday Delivery is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
All Other Origins and Destinations
Customs Clearance	Customs clearance will be provided by UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. for UPS Express^SM Freight service. UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. can provide customs clearance service for other air freight services on written request. For more information, refer to the UPS Air Freight Terms and Conditions of Contract.
Dangerous Goods	Dangerous Goods, as described in the UPS Air Freight Terms and Conditions of Contract, can be shipped via UPS Air Freight Consolidated^SM only. Non-conforming cargo may be subject to service delays. An additional charge will apply.
Insured Value	The amount of Cargo Insurance requested.
Delivery to Door	An optional service for the surface transport of shipments from the terminal of destination to the receiver's door. Available only with UPS Air Freight Direct^SM and UPS Air Freight Consolidated. An additional charge will apply.

Cargo Insurance	Shippers may obtain Cargo Insurance to cover risks of physical loss of a shipment or damage to a shipment arising during transportation, subject to some limits and exclusions, including a limit of US$500,000 per shipment, for approved commodities.
