Why does selecting View/Print Label return an error without printing my thermal label?
An error often indicates that you do not have the proper printer driver software installed. If this is the case, follow these steps:

  1. Select Shipping in the navigation area at the left.
  2. In the How To. . . area, select Print Labels and Receipts
  3. Select Get Technical Support for UPS Thermal Printers, and follow the download and installation instructions.
