What information is included in my tracking results?
The tracking results include all tracking summary and detail information. Results do not include shipment progress information gathered from intermediary scans while in transit.

Detailed information includes:

  • Tracking Number
  • Delivery status
  • Delivery date and time
  • Location where the shipment was delivered
  • City and country where the shipment was delivered
  • Shipment weight and measure
  • Number of packages in shipment
  • Customer name and address (only available for Signature Tracking subscribers)
  • C.O.D. status and amount
  • References
