How do I contact UPS to get my package picked up?
While automated online pickup via UPS.com is not available in all areas or countries, you can still have your package picked up. Please call your local UPS contact to arrange for package pickup. To determine availability and arrange online for pickup, follow these steps:

  1. Select Shipping in the area at the top.
  2. Select Schedule a Pickup in the area at the left. If you do not see the Schedule a Pickup link, please call your local UPS contact. You can find the telephone number for your local UPS contact by selecting Contact UPS below.
