How can I request a dispute/invoice adjustment of a charge in the UPS Billing Center?
Follow the steps below to request a shipping charge adjustment:

  1. Login to the UPS Billing Center
  2. Select the Invoice Number for which an adjustment is needed
  3. Select Invoice Summary
  4. Select Shipment/Charge Detail
  5. Select Total Amount
