Domestic Shipping Documentation
Domestic Shipping Documentation
All UPS packages require proper documentation for shipment.

UPS has several automated shipping systems that create the necessary documentation required for all of your domestic shipments.

With an automated shipping system, you can:

  • Save time preparing your shipments
  • Store all your shipping information electronically
  • Reduce typos and other errors
  • Print professional-looking labels
  • Track packages quickly
  • Manage your address book to quickly ship repeatedly to the same address
  • Generate shipping activity reports

If you do not use an automated shipping system, please observe the following guidelines for your packages that are using domestic services.

Domestic Services
Your domestic shipments require that you use a label printed from an automated shipping system or a UPS Canadian Services Waybill (CSW). The CSW combines your address label, tracking label, and shipping record into one form.

Specific CSWs are available for:

  • UPS Express Early A.M.TM
  • UPS Express
  • UPS Express SaverTM
  • UPS Expedited
  • UPS Standard
