Canceling a Pickup Request

Follow these steps to cancel a Pickup request:
- Select Shipping in the area at the top.
- Select Schedule a Pickup in the area at the left.
- Select Pickup Status in the area at the left.
- Enter the Pickup Request Number for the pickup you would like to cancel. This number was displayed when you initially submitted your pickup request.
- Verify that the information displayed corresponds to the pickup you'd like to cancel.
- Select Cancel Pickup at the bottom of the page.
A page will be displayed, confirming your pickup has been canceled.
