Canceling a Pickup Request
Canceling a Pickup Request
Follow these steps to cancel a Pickup request:

  1. Select Shipping in the area at the top.
  2. Select Schedule a Pickup in the area at the left.
  3. Select Pickup Status in the area at the left.
  4. Enter the Pickup Request Number for the pickup you would like to cancel. This number was displayed when you initially submitted your pickup request.
  5. Verify that the information displayed corresponds to the pickup you'd like to cancel.
  6. Select Cancel Pickup at the bottom of the page.
 
A page will be displayed, confirming your pickup has been canceled.
