To check the status of your UPS On-Call PickupSM requested online, you can use Shipping History or the Pickup Request Number printed on your receipt.
To check your pickup status using Shipping History, select the button next to your shipment, then select Show Detail/Receipt. On the Shipment Details page, select the Pickup Request Number and the status information will display.
If you know your Pickup Request Number, visit View Pickup Request Status. |

You may void a shipment, processed through UPS Internet Shipping, UPS Connect or UPS OnLine® Tools, through the Void a Shipment application. The following criteria must be met:
- The shipment is under a UPS customer account associated with your My UPS account, but not an account billed directly to a credit card.
- UPS has received package level detail ("PLD") data for the shipment, but has not taken possession of the shipment.
- The request to void the shipment is made more than 24 hours after such shipment's valid PLD is received by UPS.

Check the UPS InfoNoticeSM to see if any instructional boxes are checked. You may be able to sign the back of the UPS InfoNotice, authorizing the driver to leave your package. Or, in the comments section, you may request that the package be left with a neighbor. To make this request, leave written instructions on the signed Delivery Notice where the driver originally placed it.
You may also choose from the following four delivery options by contacting 1-800-PICK-UPS®:
- Reschedule Delivery: Reschedule delivery at the original address for a future date.
- Return to Shipper: Return your package to the shipper.
- Redirect Package: Have your package delivered to an alternate address.
- Will Call: Arrange to pick up your package at the designated UPS location.

 |
| UPS cannot contact the driver to request redelivery today, however the driver will make a second attempt on the next business day, and a third attempt on the following business day, if necessary. |
 |
| UPS does not reroute packages until one delivery attempt is made to the original shipping address. After the first attempt, you may contact 1-800-PICK-UPS to make alternate delivery plans. |

Driver Release is a UPS residential delivery policy that allows a UPS driver to leave a package at a private residence without getting a signature. At the discretion of the driver, a package can be left out of sight and out of weather.
Note: This service is only available in select areas. |

| Select Track from the UPS tool bar and enter your UPS InfoNotice number as you would a Tracking Number. |

Package movement information is captured each time a tracking label is scanned in the UPS delivery system. When your package is in transit, or over a weekend, tracking information may not be updated. The following are explanations for common scans you might see when tracking your package:
- Billing Information Received: UPS has received the electronic transmission of package detail from the shipper. It does not necessarily mean that UPS has taken possession of the package.
- Origin: The package has been received at the originating UPS location.
- Departure: The package has left the originating location and is on its way toward the destination address.
- Arrival: The package has arrived at an intermediate UPS facility or the destination facility closest to the delivery address.
- Out for Delivery or Destination: The package has been placed in the final delivery vehicle.
- Delivery: The package has been delivered. The date and time of delivery have been recorded.
- Exception: If you see an exception scan, it does not necessarily mean that the package is at that location. These scans can be entered from anywhere and are for informational purposes only.
