What's New in Billing

Effective November 1, 2012, the UPS Billing Center must be accessed using your My UPS ID. If you did not convert your UPS Billing Center ID to a My UPS ID, you must contact Technical Support.

Effective June 2012, UPS introduced UPS electronic billing for Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Brokerage, and UPS Mail Innovations bills.
