UPS Drop Boxes are drop-box locations that accept domestic and international envelopes and small packages. You can drop off your shipment 24 hours a day and take advantage of later pickup times.

Package Size Limit
The UPS Store will accept large packages (130 inches - 165 inches in length and girth combined) if the shipping charges are being paid directly to The UPS Store location.
Currently, the UPS package size allowance is a total of 165 inches or 419 cm in length and girth combined.
The maximum weight per package will remain at 150 lb.
The maximum length will remain at 108 inches.

UPS Customer Centres are staffed locations at UPS facilities nationwide equipped to help you with your domestic and international UPS documents or package shipments.

A shipment cannot be addressed to a UPS Customer Centre when being shipped within Canada or Internationally.
