The Billing Analysis Tool works with UPS Billing Data to give you visibility into, and complete control of, your shipping expenses. The tool offers 26 reports that can be customized by parameters such as date range, billing type, and account numbers.
To better understand the capabilities of the Billing Analysis Tool, you can use the sample data file that is included in the downloadable User Guide to generate reports and conduct analysis. The sample file is identical in structure and format to actual billing data files. Using the sample file, you can produce reports and run analysis that demonstrate the tool's flexibility and simplicity.
The two versions of the Billing Analysis Tool contain the same reports. Choose the Customizable Edition if you have Microsoft® Access 2002 or newer. Choose the Standard Edition if you do not have have Microsoft Access 2002 or newer.
