Close the billing gap by requiring a reference number from employees each time a shipment is processed. The reference number can be a customer or client number, a cost code, or some other internal department number.

UPS CampusShip® helps you control mailroom costs by reducing or eliminating the need to process shipments in a centralized mailroom. In addition, shipping costs can be controlled through the Administration feature, allowing selected users limited access to shipping options.

The UPS CampusShip address validation verifies the accuracy of the street, city, state, and postal code of the Ship To address so that shipments are timely (available only in the U.S.).
