Important Notice: UPS security measures require that customers who originate shipments from retail locations to present a valid government-issued photo ID and to present packages open when shipping. Customer information will be recorded on a control log, which will be destroyed 14 days after the date of the shipment by shredding, pulverizing, or incinerating paper documents and/or permanently deleting electronic records through appropriate technologies such as overwriting or degaussing or physical destruction of electronic media.
