What is My UPS?
My UPS offers services to help you better manage your shipping operations, improve tracking and provide you with an expanded view of your shipping activity. Registering for My UPS gives you access to more UPS.com content and function. Whenever possible, the information you provide during registration will be pre-populated into powerful tools like UPS Internet Shipping and Tracking.

Not only does My UPS recall your profile information, it also allows you to store frequently used information like shipping addresses in your Address Book and tracking numbers in your Tracking History. To learn more about My UPS benefits, see Reasons To Register.

Can I access My UPS from any computer?
Yes, all the features of My UPS are available on any computer with Internet access. Simply log on with your User ID and password to gain access to your My UPS information.

What information is required to register for My UPS?
Information required for My UPS registration includes Name, Street Address, City, State/Province/Other, Postcode, Country, Phone and E-mail. These fields will be indicated in bold on the registration form.

How do I permanently change my Ship From address?
To change your Ship From address, follow these steps:

  1. Log on to My UPS.
  2. Select Manage My UPS.
  3. Select Profile.
  4. Make any necessary modifications.
  5. Select Update.

Your new address will be pre-populated when shipping or using other My UPS-enabled tools.

What if I forget or lose my password?
If you forget or lose your password, follow these steps:

  1. From the UPS.com home page, select the Forgot Password link next to the password text-entry field.
  2. Provide your User ID and e-mail address.
  3. UPS will then e-mail you a temporary password to use to log in to My UPS.
  4. My UPS will then prompt you to provide a new password. Select Change Password to update.

UPS will send you an e-mail verifying the change.

To speed log-on, can I have my User ID and password stored so I don't have to remember them each time I log on?
My UPS can store your User ID to help you log on more quickly. To enable this, select the Remember Me checkbox on the UPS.com homepage when you next log on to My UPS. Currently, My UPS does not support the storage of passwords. However, some internet browsers, including Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 and above, will store these kinds of items. Be sure to store your User ID and Password only in locations where others cannot access your My UPS account.

How do I cancel my My UPS Registration/Profile?
To cancel your My UPS Registration, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to My UPS.
  2. Select Manage My UPS in the area on the left.
  3. Select Cancel Registration in the area on the left.
If you cancel your My UPS Registration, you will no longer have access to your Address Book, shipping history, payment information and profile information in the My UPS system. If you'd like to join My UPS at a later date, simply re-register.

How do I log out of My UPS?
When you are ready to log out of My UPS, either close your browser window or select View My UPS, then select Log Out in the area on the left.

Can I retrieve an address that I accidentally deleted from my Address Book?
Unfortunately, once an address has been deleted there is no way to retrieve it. You will have to use the Add Address feature in your Address Book and recreate the entry.

Can I import or export addresses in my Address Book?
Yes, you can export address information to a file and modify multiple records rather than manually modifying individual addresses in your My UPS Address Book. The modified file can then be imported back into My UPS.

Exporting Addresses
To export addresses, follow these steps:

  1. Log on to My UPS
  2. Select Address Book from the toolbar
  3. Select Export Addresses. Selecting the link will create your export request.

Importing Addresses
To import addresses, follow these steps:

  1. Log on to My UPS
  2. Select Address Book from the toolbar
  3. Select Import Addresses
  4. Enter or Browse to the .csv (comma separated value) file you wish to import
  5. Choose the original file format for the file you want to import (i.e., how the addresses were originally created: in My UPS or in UPS WorldShip International)
  6. Choose whether you want to add the addresses to your address book or overwrite your existing My UPS address book with the addresses you are importing
  7. Select Import

    Note:
    Column headers should not be included. Also, it is recommended that you save this export file layout for future use.

How can I change reference number labels for existing addresses to read invoice number, model number, etc.?
To change the reference number for an existing address, follow these steps:

  1. Log on to My UPS.
  2. Select View My UPS.
  3. Select Address Book in the area on the left.
  4. Select a specific address in the Address Book then select Modify.
  5. Select a reference number type from a drop-down list for Reference Number 1 and 2.
