Customs Clearance
|
- Customs clearance will be provided by UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. for UPS Express® Freight service.
- UPS Supply Chain Solutions Inc. can provide customs clearance service for other air freight services on written request.

Dangerous Goods
|
- Dangerous Goods, as described in the UPS Air Freight Terms and Conditions of Contract, can be shipped via UPS Air Freight ConsolidatedSM only.
- Non-conforming cargo may be subject to service delays.
- An additional charge will apply.

Insured Value
|
- The amount of Cargo Insurance requested.
|
Delivery to Door
|
- An optional service for the surface transport of shipments from the destination terminal to the receiver's door.
- Available only with UPS Air Freight Direct and UPS Air Freight Consolidated.
- An additional charge will apply.
|
Hold at Destination Airport for Pickup (HAPU)
|
- Freight will be held at the destination location for pickup by the recipient.
- HAPU requires a consignee name and phone number.
- UPS Express Freight will be billed door-to-door.
- No HAPU fee will be applied.

Liftgate Services
|
- Available for any delivery or collection which requires a vehicle equipped with a mechanical lifting device.
- An additional charge may apply.

Pickup from Door
|
- An optional service for the surface transport of shipments from the shipper's door to the originating terminal.
- Available only with UPS Air Freight Direct and UPS Air Freight Consolidated.
- An additional charge will apply.

Quantum View Notify E-Mail Notification
|
- E-mail notifications can be provided to designated shippers or their customers regarding the shipment when it is processed, uploaded or delivered. Some limitations may apply.
|
Cargo Insurance
|
- Shippers may obtain Cargo Insurance to cover risks of physical loss of a shipment or damage to a shipment arising during transportation, subject to some limits and exclusions, including a limit of US$500,000 per shipment, for approved commodities.
- Cargo Insurance is not provided by UPS, but is provided by a third party insurer for an additional fee.
