My UPS offers enhanced features for tracking, such as online Proof of Delivery. With Proof of Delivery, you can find out what time a shipment arrived at its destination and generate a Proof of Delivery letter for your records.
To request Proof of Delivery, please follow the instructions below:
Log in to My UPS.
Select the Tracking tab at the top of the page. This will take you to the Tracking main page.
Enter your Tracking Number in the input field, or select a previously saved tracking number.
Select Track.
Select Proof of Delivery on the Tracking Detail page to display a printable Delivery Notification page.
