Additional charges can occur when shipments are not processed properly in your UPS shipping system (UPS WorldShip®, UPS CampusShip™ and UPS Internet Shipping). You may also pre-populate the shipping system so your package types will be saved for future shipments by following these steps:

  • Select "Package Type Editor" from the "Tools" menu
  • Name the package type (Box 1, Box 2, etc.)
  • Enter the dimensions of the package and select "Add" to save it to the list of stored entries
  • Next time you ship, select the appropriate package type from the "Package Type" dropdown menu on the "Service" tab
